Plasters

APPLICATION AND PROPERTIES • CEKOL F-16 Finisz is a ready-to-use, easily grindable putty. • Recommended for classical grinding as well as wet treatment • CEKOL F-16 Finisz can be used indoors in dry rooms, on concrete and plaster substrates, plasterboard panels, seasoned traditional cement-lime plasters, as well as acrylic paint coats with high surface adhesiveness. • When dry, all paint types can be applied on it. • The product can be applied manually or mechanically with suitable machines and tools. • It is a mixture of special polymer binders, mineral fillers and modifying additives. EXECUTION PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE Using a spatula, remove the oil paint residues and loose grains of sand. The substrate should be clean, tight and free of grease. PREPARATION OF THE PLASTER The plaster compound is ready to use. If necessary, mix it thoroughly in order to make the consistency smooth. APPLICATION OF THE PLASTER COMPOUND The product should be applied to the surface using tools made of stainless steel or plastic. The next layer can be applied already in the early drying phase of the first layer, after it becomes matt. The thickness of the layer should be max. 3 mm. Capacity: approx. 1.5 kg/m2 per 1 mm of layer thickness. Drying time: depends on the thickness of the layer and the ambient conditions: approx. 6 hours with the layer thickness of about 1 mm (at the temperature of approx. 22ºC and the air humidity of 30%). Temperature of application and substrate: +5ºC to +30ºC. FURTHER WORKS After drying, it is possible to make adjustments using a sanding screen or sandpaper. The dry surface can also be additionally grinded by soaking it with water. In order to do so, use plastic, fine sponge or polystyrene float. Painting can be started when the surface is fully dry.

APPLICATION AND PROPERTIES • Ready for use finishing coat is designed for stopping, smoothening and refinement of walls and ceilings. • CEKOL B-45 finishing coat can be applied smooth or formed to produce various decorative shapes and textures. • The product can be used solely indoors, in dry premises, on concrete, gypsum, gypsum and cardboard, seasoned traditional cement – lime plasters and acrylic paint coats, featuring high adhesion to the base. • When dried it can be painted with all types of paints. • The product is suitable for manual and machine application using adequate units and tools. • The product is acrylic dispersion based and contains top-quality natural fillers. INSTRUCTION FOR USE PREPARATION OF THE BASE Using the stopping knife remove the remains of oil paints and loose grains of sand. The base should be clean, solid and free from greasiness. PRIMING Highly absorbing base should be primed with deep penetrating primer CEKOL DL-80. PREPARATION OF THE MORTAR The finish coat is ready for use. If necessary, stir to homogenize the consistency. APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCT Apply the product using stainless steel or plastic tools. Apply the next coat when the previous coat is dry. Layer thickness: up to 3 mm. Efficiency: ~1.5 kg/m2 at layer thickness 1 mm. Drying time: depending on the thickness of the coat applied and ambient conditions: ~ 6 hours at coat thickness of approx. 1 mm (at temperature ca. 22ºC and 30% humidity). Temperature of application and temperature of the base: +5ºC to +30ºC. FOLLOW-UP Following initial curing of the coat, the surface can be adjusted using grinding mesh or sand paper. The coat can be painted when completely dry.

APPLICATION AND PROPERTIES: CEKOL C-45 is used for smoothing, levelling and finishing interior walls and ceilings of buildings. The plaster finishing can be applied as smooth or it can be used to obtain all sorts of decorative shapes and textures. The white plaster finishing can be used only in dry rooms, on substrates made of gypsum plasters, cement and lime plasters, bricks, concrete, aerated concrete or plasterboards. When it is dry, all paint types can be applied on it. Does not yellow when exposed to sunlight. The product can be applied manually or mechanically with suitable machines and tools. CEKOL C-45 is a compound of natural white gypsum, white mineral fillers and modifiers. INSTRUCTION FOR USE PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE Using a spatula, remove the remains of emulsion and oil paints, and loose grains of sand. The substrate should be clean, tight and free of grease. PRIMING Highly absorbent substrates should be primed with a deep penetrating primer CEKOL DL-80. PREPARATION OF THE PLASTER The mortar should be prepared by pouring 1 kg of powder to 0.4 l of water and mixing it thoroughly. APPLICATION The product should be applied to the surface using tools made of stainless steel or plastic. The mortar should be used within 60 minutes. Layer thickness: 1-10 mm. Capacity: approx. 1.5 kg/m2/mm. Working temperature: +5 ÷ +25°C FURTHER WORK After the initial hardening, it is possible to make adjustments using a sanding screen or sandpaper. Painting or wallpapering can be started when the surface is fully dry.

APPLICATION AND PROPERTIES • CEKOL GS-250 is a product designed for dust-free application of the finishing with “wet” treatment on walls and ceilings inside buildings on all mineral substrates. • Wet treatment significantly reduces the amount of dust during the work carried out. • The product is also designed for classical treatment by grinding. • It is a compound of synthetic gypsum, mineral fillers and modifiers. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE Using a spatula, remove the remains of emulsion and oil paints, and loose grains of sand. The substrate should be clean, tight and free of grease. Defects of and roughness should be filled e.g. with Cekol GS-100 gypsum building plaster. The created surface should be of a uniform thickness for smoothing. PRIMING Highly absorbent substrates should be primed with CEKOL DL-80 deep penetrating primer. Smooth substrates and substrates with low water absorption, as well as in the case of wet treatment, should be primed with CEKOL GB-87 adhesion-increasing preparation. PREPARATION OF THE MORTAR Pour the package content into water in a ratio of approx. 0.45 litre of water for each 1 kg of dry powder (approx. 9 litres per a 20 kg bag) and mix until a uniform thick mixture is obtained. APPLICATION OF THE PLASTER COMPOUND The product should be applied to the surface, using tools made of stainless steel, or mechanically with suitable machines. The mortar should be used within 60 minutes. When applying the plaster with the use of machines, add water to obtain the proper texture. Avoid machine downtime longer than 15 minutes. In the case of wet treatment, after applying the finishing, wait for the initial hardening (the surface cannot stick to hands), then remove the slurry with a sponge. When the surface becomes matt, it can be smoothed with a façade spatula or a trowel. FURTHER WORK After initial hardening, it is possible to make adjustments on the surface. Painting or wallpapering can be started when the surface is fully dry. Capacity: approx. 1.5 kg/m²/mm. Layer thickness 1-10 mm. Temperature of application and substrate +5 ÷ +25°C.
